Benihana, Hop & Birthdays

Sickness has been passing through the Bertram house! Our winter was healthy, but the spring has not been anything of the such. Last week, we were all 5 on antibiotics. I lost my voice for about 4 days! It was pretty interesting teaching because I would have to talk at a whisper. I must say, it was a quiet few days though because the students would whisper back to me and each other.

We went on our annual birthday celebration to Benihana. Unfortunately, mom couldn't make it this year because she was sick, but I guess that just means we'll have to go back!!

We took Collin to his first movies. We took the kids to see Hop. He did surprisingly well for his first movies. He didn't sit down the entire time, but spent the entire movie with his chin resting on the seat in front of him in amazement with the big screen. Of course, the endless popcorn and candy helped!!

We are so excited that spring is finally here. Now if the rain would just STOP so we could get out and enjoy it more. We have tried to get outside and enjoy the nice weather when it hasn't been raining! Those days have been few far and between!
